League leaders Ossett edge close match with Lichfield

Title challengers Oscott defeated a strong Lichfield team 2.5 – 1.5 to head the Division 2 table, leaving Lichfield in third place. There was not much to choose between the ratings.

Adam Routledge was Lichfield’s only winner on board three- the first of two victories in three days. Tony Green drew on the top board while there were defeats for the two Davids, Hulme and Fone. (Match played 10th november).
